General Use

Valley Creek Church exists to glorify God. All activities in the facility or on Valley Creek Church property must be consistent with biblical values. (I Corinthians 10:31) Persons, ministries, or organizations using the Valley Creek Church facility must show appropriate respect for the purpose of the property and for others using the facility.

Ministry Events

Valley Creek Church ministry events must be consistent with the vision, values, and beliefs of the church. A Valley Creek Church ministry event is one that is church-sponsored (i.e., approved by the pastoral staff as an official church function).

Weddings

Scheduling of weddings is based on the availability of facilities. Requests must be made and the deposit received a minimum of 60 days and a maximum of 9 months prior to the requested date.

Funerals

Funeral requests must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to the requested date. For facility use requests, please contact Brian Thompson, Building Services Director at 972.539.2002 x106 or email .

Grounds

Valley Creek Church Ministries, outside organizations, or individuals may reserve the Valley Creek Church grounds for events that do not violate the vision, values, or beliefs of the church. For grounds use requests, please contact Brian Thompson, Building Services Director at 972.539.2002 x106 or email .

Each person participating in sports or other activities on the Valley Creek Church grounds must sign a Valley Creek Church Recreation Participant Waiver Form.
