Valley Creek Church

The life-changing message of Jesus Christ is intended for a world-wide audience. Valley Creek Church's mission is to serve not only our near neighbors, but also those of different cultures and in distant lands. We intend to impact the world by equipping believers to "go and make disciples of all nations" (Matthew 28:19). Valley Creek Church is partnering with a variety of missions organizations to facilitate mission trips within the United States, as well as overseas. For more information about our partnerships, please visit our "Mission Partners" page.

Though Valley Creek Church will continue to send teams to other nations where God presents opportunities and support missionaries in other parts of the world, our main emphasis will be on China, Germany, India and Iran. The majority of our financial and personnel resources will be directed in these nations. In these areas, the focus is working with Christian leaders and educated young adults (students and graduates) to spread the Gospel.

CHINA
China has the world's largest population, fastest growing economy and is becoming the next world superpower. Despite communism, the Church is thriving in China with over 100 million believers. In addition to government oppression on believers, opposition includes Buddhism and materialism.
Critical Need: Leadership development of church planters and pastors

GERMANY
Germany has the largest population and economy of Europe. Though Europe is post-Christian, the rich spiritual heritage of Germany and its redemptive potential is still viable. The Church is small and struggling, but vibrant in the midst of Muslim immigration. Chief opposition is secularism, materialism, and Islam.
Critical Need: Evangelism and leadership support of church planters

MUSLIM WORLD - IRAN
Iran is the emerging leader of the Muslim world. Iran prides itself in its Persian heritage and is challenging the world for recognition as a significant international player due to its oil wealth and pursuit of nuclear weapons. Though Christianity is illegal, the tiny church in Iran is growing rapidly despite persecution. There is strong resistance to the gospel at a political level, as well as cultural level due to the Islamic heritage.
Critical Need: Preparing planters to enter upon fall of Islamic government

INDIA
India has the world's second largest population and a thriving economy. India is considered the most religious nation on earth. Hinduism is culturally dominant but roughly 10% of the population is Muslim. The church is small but thriving, especially among the lower castes. Chief opposition is Hinduism, Islam and government resistance.
Critical Need: Evangelism and leadership support of church planters and pastors
